Sensory-Friendly Fall

As part of the social media team for Welcome Neurodiversity, I designed a sensory-friendly Instagram 1080x1080px carousel for October—a month filled with new sights, sounds, and textures that can be overwhelming for many neurodivergent people.
The goal was to create a simple, clear, and calming guide that celebrates inclusion and helps others understand how to make fall more sensory-friendly for everyone.
The autumn season brings powerful sensory changes—crunchy leaves, bright colors, strong scents, and cooler air. While exciting for some, these shifts can be overstimulating for others.
The challenge: turn these experiences into a digestible, empathetic visual story that educates without overwhelming the viewer.
